1.Materialof ER spring collet: SUJ2, high carbon bearingsteel, after heated have high hardness and toughness,better wear-resisting and longer life.

 

 

2.ClampingRange: ER8/11 is 0.5mm, ER16/20/25/32/40 is1mm, hole diameter below 2.5mm is0.5mm.

 

 

3.Precision:General class is 0.015mm, A class is0.01mm, UP class is0.005mm.

 

4.Suggestionin using er spring collet: UP class matched with HSP nut, betterstability.

 

5.ClampingTools: Drill, end mill, reamer, etc.

 

6.Feature:spring and shrink, wide applied range andchangable.

 

7.Hardness is HRC46°, taper is 8°, surface roughness iswithin RZ2.5.
